I met Brandy while I was pregnant with #2. I was planning a VBAC and looking for a doula. I met with Brandy and knew she was the doula for me. Brandy has such a gift for coaching women through birth. I’m so grateful she was there during Chase’s birth (and I know my successful VBAC was in huge part because of her). When she asked me to photograph her family, I was so excited. I felt like I knew her whole crew before we even met. Terry and I had talked once before, but it was in a panicked phone call to Brandy when I was pregnant, so I don’t count that. 😛 Her twins, D & T, were so much fun. T and I bonded right away when I told him he could help me pull the red wagon. D & I had a blast running through the leaves while he let me chase him. Oh yeah, and I took some pictures too…..

Boys will be boys! 🙂
