{Oklahoma Newborn Studio} A rainbow baby named Jack, story of Titanic and Chinese food
July 18, 2018
I absolutely love the opportunity to share your Oklahoma newborn studio sessions here.
These sessions capture the fruit of all your hard work!
I’m so excited to give you some highlights of this lovely family’s story and their beautiful babe.
There are few things more moving than hearing the sweet heartbeat of your rainbow baby, and that is exactly how this mama announced her pregnancy to her family, by sending the a clip of the heartbeat along with a pretty sign and his ultrasound picture.
Several months full of baked potatoes, bananas and chocolate milk later, it was finally time for Kaliegh and Kyle to meet their baby boy. His birthday had arrived!
After Kaleigh says she felt a very strong sensation to push, they welcomed baby Jack earthside only 20 minutes later.
A fan of Titanic, her husband loves the name Jack, so they decided on Jackson.
For the middle name, Kaliegh wanted to honor an amazing man in her life, her stepdad, so they decided Jackson would share his middle name of Matthews.
How sweet is that?
After they got home with Jack, Kaliegh’s sister gave the ultimate gift to a new mom: FOOD! “My sister ordered $75 worth of Chinese food, and we literally ate it for 4 days straight!”
Okay, guys, those cheeks though!
Kaliegh thinks baby Jack looks just like his daddy. 🙂
The most amazing thing about being a parent so far?
Kaliegh says she just has this “overwhelming feeling of love for this tiny person who I was so blessed to carry and birth.”
But already, she’s been amazed at how truly fast this tiny being is growing before her eyes. “It really does go by so quickly,” she says.
I have to say that I’m so grateful to be there to make sure you don’t miss a thing.
