“What should I look for when hiring a newborn photographer?”
Choosing the right photographer for your newborn is more than just finding someone with a camera.
It’s about trust, understanding, and experience. That’s where I come in! With over a decade of joyfully capturing little ones and their families, I’ve got the experience to make these moments truly magical.
At my studio, your comfort and your baby’s safety are my top priorities. I’m all about creating a relaxed, warm atmosphere where you can enjoy this special time.
Think of me as more than just your photographer – I’m your bestie and your cheerleader! With 3 kids of my own, I know what that postpartum period is like and what’s really important to you when it comes to photos!
“What can I expect during a newborn photography session?”
During your session, I take care of everything! From the moment you show up to the moment you leave, you can relax and let me and my team do our thing! Plan on being at our studio for about 2 hours.
I encourage you to include your spouse and older kids in the photos at no extra charge!
If you have any specific poses or props in mind, I’m always happy to incorporate your ideas and preferences into the session.
To capture the best moments, it’s important to schedule your newborn photography session as early as possible, ideally within the first two weeks of your baby’s life.
I recommend booking your session as soon as possible during your pregnancy to ensure availability.
“Do I need to bring anything?”
You don’t need to bring much to the session as most of the items your baby will need will be provided by the studio, including props, backdrops, and blankets.
However, I encourage you to bring a few personal items that you would like to incorporate into the photos, like a special blanket or toy (this is optional)!
“When will I get my photos?”
After the session, you can expect to receive the final edited photos within 2-3 weeks. I’m a low-volume studio so I’m able to get you your final photos & products back quickly!
I offer a range of packages that include both digital files and prints. I’m happy to work with you to create a customized package that meets your specific needs.
“How much does newborn photography cost?”
Newborn photography sessions can range from $500 to $3,000, depending on the package. I know this might seem like a wide range and significant investment, but newborn photography is a specialized service that requires a lot of time, effort, and equipment. I’m dedicated to providing high-quality images & products that you’ll cherish for a lifetime!
