Society has this silly idea of how birth happens.

A mom that’s screaming & sweaty, yelling at everyone…

a terrified new dad… (ok, that might be partially true)

nurses and doctors rushing around the room in a panic.

I think we can thank Hollywood for that visual.

In reality, people are laughing and happy (even mom). You can feel like excitement and joy in the room with each and every birth. After months and months of waiting, your new baby is finally here.

Who looks this beautiful in labor? 😉 It was 3am! Gorgeous mama.

This little pouty face kills me! Something tells me she’s going to get whatever she wants from daddy …
